Processing of personal data
If we offer you services or if you share (personal) data with us in any other way, we process this in our systems if necessary so that we can properly execute the agreement you enter into with us. This may also be necessary in the process prior to entering into an agreement.

Retention periods
We do not store personal data longer than necessary. This may be for a specific purpose or because the law requires us to do so. This is typically up to five years after our services to you have ended. We must retain some personal data for seven years to comply with Dutch tax legislation.
If you send us an email, for example, your details will be stored as long as necessary to fully answer and handle your request.
Your rights

For example, you have the right to know what personal data we have recorded about you, for instance, because you want to check, correct, supplement, or shield it. Under certain conditions, you can even have your personal data deleted. Sharing with third parties

However, it may occur that we need to share details with third parties to perform our services response for you properly. Think of loss adjusters, inspectors, lawyers, occupational health experts, reintegration companies, insurers, the Kifid, regulators, and authorities involved in the detection and combatting of fraud. If this happens, it is only to execute the agreement we have entered into with you or because this is required by law.
When it is necessary for us to provide your details to third parties, we naturally ensure that your privacy is sufficiently protected. For example, we will only provide the truly necessary details and only for specific purposes. It may be that these third parties also have to share your details, but in that case too, your privacy will be sufficiently protected.
In addition, we may also share your personal data with third parties working on our behalf. We have concluded a processor agreement with these third parties, containing agreements on how your personal data is handled.
